Terms and conditions


Cancellations: All appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand sometimes general emergencies occur and appointments need to be rescheduled at short notice, and this is taken into consideration.
We kindly ask if you are unable to keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance so that it may be offered to someone else.
Appointments must be rescheduled no less than 24hours before a scheduled appointment otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
Failed appointments: Failing to attend your appointment without notification will be considered on a case by case basis. Repeat offenders may be required to pay for treatment before any scheduled appointments.
Lateness: After 15 minutes the quality of treatment is compromised. Each appointment length is tailored to be able to offer you the best quality treatment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and may cause you to arrive late to your appointment. It is important to note that a late arrival may mean we have less available time for your treatment. We always do our best to accommodate lateness, we do ask that you contact us if you are going to be late so we can then assess whether we will have enough time to complete your treatment or if rescheduling is required.
Please be aware if you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we will need to reschedule you to a later date. This enables us to stay on time and not compromise the following persons appointment.
Payment: At The Hygienists & Co payment is expected at the time of treatment. Unpaid payments will incur late payment costs and collection charges. The following methods of payment are accepted: Cash, eftpos, visa and master cards, afterpay
